Most tenants don’t look for property on our website or any other agent's website. It’s far easier for them to search the property portals and in the local papers. So that’s where we advertise properties.

We use national internet property portals such as Findaproperty.com and Primelocation.com. They are leading property web-sites and both have a good search facility for house hunters to find a home.

Naturally the local papers we use depend on the location of the property.

We also have direct access to corporate contacts and relocation agents. Other avenues of marketing properties include national press as well various property related magazines.

We do everything we can to fill a vacant property quickly.

Sometimes, we will even sub-contract an agent who’s local to the property to promote it. (Just for the rental, not the management)

We bear the cost, and our landlord incurs no extra expense.

It’s in our interest too. We can let the property quickly and increase the rental income.
