There are more regulations than ever before. And usually it’s the landlord who is legally responsible. They rely on us to stay compliant. Our range of legal services include lease renewals, extensions, landlord licenses, preparation of corporate and assured shorthold agreements, possession claims and other landlord and tenancy issues, notices as well as general consultancy.

Valuations for Letting

Maintenance & Refurbishment

Our maintenance team are able to solve any property defects as well as take on full refurbishments, extensions and conversions. We can handle all aspects of the project and frequently deal with planning, legal and building regulations. We also source financing and, in some cases can finance projects ourselves. We handle refurbishments for existing landlord clients and for landlords who manage their own portfolios. From conversions to extensions, the design and build is always done to attract respectable tenants and command higher yields.

Rent Guarantee

As a Maras agent, we are authorised to provide rent guarantee services. This enables landlords to be assured of an income even if the tenant becomes unable to pay the rent.

Marketing

We market properties where applicants look – the internet portals. We work with Zoopla, Primelocation and RightMove. We also use specific publications to target certain markets. We have direct access to corporate contacts and relocation agents. Most of our lets are through our network of recommendation.
