About Us

We really are married. We’ve been working together in property for over 18 years. Mr Simons has a wide knowledge of the property market as well as property development and construction. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area and its hot spots and what rental values are achievable. He has experience of property management. His has a policy of dealing with tenants and problems that arise on a personal level which means issues are dealt with promptly and not left to fester. Mrs Simons speaks four languages and has several contacts within multi-national corporations.
